1 General Terms & Conditions

Okbd (okbd.run) is an online betting platform offering Sports Betting, Live Casino, and other gaming services to users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between okbd and its members.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with okbd, the following conditions must be met:

Account Verification

After registration, okbd may initiate a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process at any time. This may include verification of your national ID, proof of address, and payment method. okbd reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is successfully completed.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on okbd:

Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account within 5 to 15 minutes.
• There are no additional charges on deposits. However, the payment gateway may apply its own fees.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals for standard members are processed within 6 to 24 hours.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Please read and understand the following terms before using any of okbd's bonus and promotion offers. In any dispute regarding bonuses, okbd's decision shall be final.

• Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement, which is clearly stated in the bonus details.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Withdrawal is only possible once the wagering requirements have been met.
• Each member may use a specific promotion once only.
• Each bonus comes with a deadline to meet its wagering requirements. If the requirements are not completed within that period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, okbd reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the associated account.

Welcome Bonus

The Welcome Bonus for new members is available after the first deposit only. A promo code may be required at the time of deposit to claim the bonus. The wagering requirement for the Welcome Bonus is generally 10 to 20 times.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on okbd:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless okbd itself voids the bet for any reason.
• If a bet is accepted due to a system error or incorrect odds, okbd reserves the right to void that bet.
• During live betting, a bet may not be recorded successfully if your internet connection drops. okbd is not liable in such cases.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the affected bet will be refunded.
• Any attempt to benefit from match fixing or other fraudulent means will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Betting limits on okbd vary by market and event. Maximum bet amounts are set at okbd's sole discretion and are subject to change at any time.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on okbd and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Using false information or multiple identities to claim bonuses.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Selling or transferring your account to another person.
• Placing bets or conducting transactions using a third party's account.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to okbd's systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Okbd may suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request.

Members may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance will be available for withdrawal, but pending bonuses will be forfeited.
